At SII CREATIONS LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made on our website under the Sii Pikki® brand.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions


3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may require photos or additional information to assess the issue. If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion


7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@siicreations.com.


9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Refunds issued under this policy are limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
